FreshTurn is a service coordinated by one person who answers for the result — not a platform that only makes the match and disappears.
Why we exist
Anyone who has hired cleaning in Almada knows the pattern: the first visit goes well, and then come the unannounced changes of cleaner, the unreliable scheduling, and the messages that go unanswered. The on-site work is usually good; what breaks is the coordination around it.
FreshTurn starts from the opposite idea. The cleaning itself is done by experienced independent contractors. What we add is what's usually missing: someone who schedules, confirms, checks quality and is reachable when needed.
It's a deliberately small, local model. We started in Almada, by zone, and grow at the pace we can hold the standard. Lisbon and Porto are the next steps.

How we work
You hear about it before you notice it's missing
If a cleaner is ill or a visit has to move, you know in advance. We'd rather over-communicate than leave someone without an answer.
The same face
The recurring service is done by the same person. Continuity is what makes a clean genuinely useful.
Grow slowly, by zone
We only open a zone when we have enough cleaners to give proper cover and absorb the unexpected.
Decent work
The independent contractors we work with are paid fairly and on time. Good service isn't built on bad conditions.
