Post-construction · Post-renovation

From finished works to a space ready to live in

After a renovation there's a kind of mess a standard clean can't handle: plaster dust over every surface, paint splashes, adhesive and fine debris. That's the work we do.

It's heavier work — and we treat it that way

Post-construction cleaning isn't a normal clean that takes longer. It needs method, protection and the right equipment so the dust is removed, not spread around.

  • A two-person crew, to do the job in a day without cutting detail
  • Filtered vacuums for fine plaster and cement dust — not a broom
  • Top-down cleaning in several passes: ceilings, walls, frames, radiators, switches, skirting and floors
  • Stickers, paint residue and adhesive removed from glass and fixtures
  • Cleaning debris bagged and taken away; excess building rubble is an add-on

Price per square metre

Post-construction is quoted per m², because what drives it is the area and the state the works left the space in. We give you the range up front and an exact figure once we've seen photos or visited.

Frequently asked questions — post-construction

How is this different from a normal deep clean?

Building dust is extremely fine and settles on everything — inside cupboards, on top of doors, in air vents. It needs several passes, a vacuum with the right filter, and products for paint and adhesive residue. A normal deep clean isn't set up for that.

Do you remove the building rubble?

We remove the debris our cleaning generates (dust bags, cloths, packaging). Construction rubble in quantity — rubble sacks, leftover materials — is an add-on per load, or we arrange collection with a partner.

When should we bring you in after the works?

Ideally with the works finished and furniture still to be assembled or moved aside. If there's a second phase (touch-up painting, for example), it's worth waiting for it.

Can you leave it ready to hand over to tenants or guests?

Yes. It's a common request from landlords and short-term rental managers after a renovation. We leave the space ready to photograph and receive people.

Do the prices include VAT?

They're shown without VAT (+ 23%). Post-construction is usually engaged by businesses, landlords, or as part of a renovation, where VAT is reclaimable. The invoice always includes VAT at the legal rate.
